One month’s most recent consecutive paystubs showing YTD earnings for all borrowers.
Last two year’s W-2’s for all borrowers.
Last two year’s complete Federal Tax returns together with all Schedules for all borrowers and, if applicable, please include Business/Corporate tax returns along with related K-1's.
Two month’s complete bank statements for all borrowers including all pages (even blank pages) from the account that you will be writing the check from for funds needed at closing (refer to page 3 of mortgage application). All large deposit unrelated to payroll must be explained and sourced.
Copies of most recent mortgage statement(s) for all properties owned.
Copies of most recent tax bill(s) for all properties owned.
Copies of homeowner’s insurance declaration page(s) for all properties owned.
Copies of driver’s licenses.
